2. Review and Removal

3. Counter-Notification

A person whose content was removed may submit a counter-notification containing:

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed because of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Their full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. Consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and acceptance of service of process from the original complainant, where required by applicable law.

4. Repeat Infringers

We may terminate or restrict users or contributors who repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights.

Submitting a knowingly false copyright notice or counter-notification may result in legal liability.
