2. Review and Removal
After receiving a valid notice, we may:
- Remove or restrict access to the identified material;
- Contact the person who supplied the material;
- Request additional information;
- Reject incomplete, fraudulent, or legally invalid complaints; and
- Take further action when required by law.
3. Counter-Notification
A person whose content was removed may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Their physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed because of mistake or misidentification.
- Their full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- Consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and acceptance of service of process from the original complainant, where required by applicable law.

The disputed material may be restored when legally permitted unless the original complainant informs us that legal proceedings have been initiated.
4. Repeat Infringers
We may terminate or restrict users or contributors who repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights.
5. False or Misleading Claims
Submitting a knowingly false copyright notice or counter-notification may result in legal liability.

6. Other Copyright Requests
Copyright owners outside the United States may use the same contact details. Please clearly identify the relevant material, your rights, and the legal basis for the request.
